Absentee Ballot Information

If voter registration is required and you are not
already registered, you will also need to register to vote before
an absentee ballot can be sent to you.

For Absentee Ballot (EB-121).
Complete the form and mail it to
your municipal clerk's office (for the correct address please
refer to the HYPERLINK "http://165.189.88.185/docview.asp?docid=1882&locid=47"Listing
of Local Municipal Clerks).
The application must be received by
the clerk no later than 5:00 PM on the Friday before the election
in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. (For the
Spring Primary, that date is Friday, February 11, 2005

Request in Person at your Municipal Clerk's Office
|
This can be done up until 5:00 PM on the day before
the election. (For the Spring Primary, that date is Monday, February
14, 2005 and for the April Spring Election, that date is Monday,
April 4, 2005.)

Deadline for Returning Ballot
|
The completed ballot must be received by the municipal
clerk no later than the day of the election so that it can be
delivered to the polling location by 8 PM.
