Police Administrative Assistant –  The City of Shullsburg (Population-1193) seeks to fill a part-time (20 hours/week) Administrative Assistant position that will provide administrative support to the Chief of Police as well as other police personnel.  High School diploma required.  Related administrative experience and/or related college/technical college training preferred.  The position requires a high level of confidentiality, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and database programs.  Must be able to successfully pass a personal background investigation and have no restrictions regarding firearms.
